Day 1: Marrakech to Dades Gorge
- Departure from Marrakech: Early morning departure from your hotel or riad in Marrakech.
- Tizi n’Tichka Pass: Travel through the High Atlas Mountains, passing through the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, with opportunities to stop for photos.
- Ait Benhaddou: Visit the UNESCO World Heritage site, Ait Benhaddou, an ancient fortified city.
- Ouarzazate: Stop in Ouarzazate, known as the “Gateway to the Sahara.” Visit the Taourirt Kasbah if time permits.
- Skoura Oasis: Continue through the Skoura Oasis, known for its beautiful kasbahs.
- Valley of Roses: Pass through the Valley of Roses, famous for its rosewater products.
- Dades Gorge: Arrive in Dades Gorge in the late afternoon or evening. Dinner and overnight stay in a hotel or guesthouse in Dades Gorge.
Day 2: Dades Gorge to Merzouga

- Todra Gorge: Drive to Todra Gorge, one of the most spectacular canyons in the world. Take a walk through the gorge.
- Journey to Merzouga: Continue the journey through the arid landscapes, passing through Berber villages.
- Erfoud and Rissani: Quick stops in Erfoud (known for fossils) and Rissani (a traditional market town).
- Merzouga: Arrive in Merzouga in the late afternoon.

Day 3: Merzouga and Desert Experience
